This contract is concluded electronically between the Seller and the Buyer under the following conditions:

2. Subject of the Agreement

This contract sets out the rights and obligations of the parties under Austrian consumer law (in particular the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act – FAGG) regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically via the Seller’s website.

3. Product Information

Type, quantity, brand/model, color and price of the products result from the Buyer’s selection during checkout and the subsequent order confirmation.

4. Payment and Delivery

Payment: Payments are possible using the methods offered on our website.

Delivery: Shipment is made by courier to the address specified by the Buyer. The usual delivery time is 5–7 business days.

Retention of title: Goods remain the property of the Seller until paid for in full.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Instructions)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods (in the case of partial deliveries: from receipt of the last item).

Effects of withdrawal: We will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Return shipping costs: You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (examples)
  • Sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

6. Return and Exchange Conditions

Returned products must be unused, undamaged and – where possible – in their original packaging with all accessories. Please contact us by e-mail beforehand to ensure smooth processing.

7. Privacy

Personal data is processed solely for contract performance and to fulfill legal obligations. For details, please see our Privacy Policy.

8. General Provisions

The Buyer confirms having read and accepted this contract. Austrian law applies; mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of the consumer’s habitual residence remain unaffected. The exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Vienna, Austria, where permissible.

9. Entry into Force

This contract enters into force upon the Buyer’s electronic consent on www.dekobello.com.
